I you were to look in the Urban dictionary for the definition of complex. I’m sure you would see a Photo of Rihanna following by the statement “is that clear enough” . Which makes perfect sense why the Bajan beauty sat down with Complex magazine for a one-on-one interview for their February/March issuse. She dishes a little about working with artist like Future , Eminem and many others .And goes on to talk about her love for strip club records( POUR IT UP). NEWS FLASH : Kid Cudi & NEED FOR SPEED

So maybe I’m late on this ,but I just found out that it is a fact that kid Cudi will be staring in the live action SPEED FOR SPEED movie.

Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi debut mixtape “A Kid Named Cudi” was first release in 2008 . But, it was his single ”Day ‘n’ Nite (Nightmare)” that really launch the career of the kid in 2009 .He is said to be a “American alternative hip hop recording artist” which I’m not sure what the alternative part means , but I’m not going to get into that .Others have called him a singer-songwriter, guitarist and record producer. But now it seems that this Cleveland, Ohio Kid has even more tricks up his sleeve as he tacks on Actor to his long list of credits.

Mr Mescudi will be joining Aaron Paul in the DreamWorks’ Live action adaptation of EA’s Need for Speed.

Highsnobiety.com states that :

The film will also feature Ramon Rodriguez, Rami Malek and Harrison Gilbertson.

Even with the film being dated for release on February 7th, 2014. Expectations are already very high for fan of the franchise like your truly .

The story sees Aaron Paul (best known for his role as Jesse Pinkman on the hit television series Breaking Bad ) as Tobey Marshall a local street racer who, after being framed for the death of a friend, joins a New York-to-Los Angeles race to get revenge.

I can wait to see what cars are going to be used for the film . Something tells me the McLaren MP4-12C maybe that is just me hoping but either way I’m sure it’s going to be a fun movie.

I was feeling my weaknesses today . My never ending struggle with Dyslexia and A.D.D really had me feeling a certain kinda way . So I sat down and thought about all that I have had to go through in order to be alive today , I just had to give thanks .

Now, my troubles are no more Important than yours. I’m sure that we have all had to go throw some hardship to be where we are.
Life has a way of growing people like plants. You’re going to have rain some days and some days your going to nothing but sunshine .

What matters is how you perceive it and how you appreciate the experience of LIVING. You only need to be caught in the rain in your Sunday’s best one time … to learn how to use a Umbrella .

I’ve tried hard…….. to love my life and me right ,and not let what other people think of me prevent me from doing what is right for me. Am I perfect today , nope. Ask my wife she’ll tell you, I’m far from it. But I do my very best with what life has blessed me with.

Tick-tack, tick-tack – yep, it’s closer, and closer, every minute. You never know when you’re going to die. Maybe it’s in 10 years, maybe 50 – or, maybe, even tomorrow. You don’t know that. You can’t know it. So forget about doing everything “later”. “Later” often never happens. Maybe you don’t get a chance to do it tomorrow. But now? YES. Now – you are alive. Breathing. Alive. And be thankful for it. Stop being a cunt and start acting, now, not later. Do what YOU want to do with your life – not what others think you should do. You don’t want to wake up at the age of 60 thinking “If I did this that then bla bla bla – could-a, should-a, would-a” – you DIDN’T do it. Period. You were a cunt and you had no balls to confront your fears.

You were searching for security in a world were there is no security. The biggest insecurity is searching for security. You end up doing nothing in life. You wake up, go to school, go to work, get married, make children, pay for college – then you die. Big deal. What a life. It’s better if you just shoot yourself now if you’re too much of a pussy to think big and make something REAL with yourself. We all have the potential, we just don’t have to courage. Imagine if every day of your life was your last day – how would you do things differently?

Would you give a fuck about crap? Would you treat your friends and family differently? Would you have less fear? Yes, you would. You’d have nothing to lose. The problem is that most of us just make a too big deal out of irrelevant crap. You give power to crap, you let it control you – you let your fears control you, instead of DESTROYING them. Every day. Fighting and conquering. That’s what we were designed to do. Hunt, conquer, win. Not watch commercials on TV and jerk off to porn all day. We are made to eat, and fuck. That’s what we are designed for. But instead, we are becoming robots, fighting for jobs we hate to eat food made on chemical farms, and then letting some other guy be with the hottest girls because “we’re just not worth it, she’s too good” – what the fuck? Don’t be a loser. Do something with your life. Create, conquer, win. Have the balls to do and say whatever the fuck you want to do and say – whenever the fuck you want to do or say it.

OK one must understand, this PLAN is not for the unwilling, and is far from easy.
All of this is meant to be done in the privacy and warm of your home.
Reps time(x) sets

-Abs-
Bent Knee Abdominal Hip Raises 10×3
Fingers to Toes Abdominal Crunches 15×2
Lying Oblique Leg Raises 10×2 each side
Bicycles 50×2

-Legs-(no weights needed)
Squats 50×2
Jumping Squats 10 x 3
Lunges 15×3 per leg

-Chest-

(there is no such thing as a girlie pushup)
Pushups
-Wide placement Pushups 20 x 2
Diamond push ups 10 x 3
shoulder width placement Single leg push up 10 each leg

-Shoulders-(Dumbbells )
From the to over head

shoulder flys 20 x 2

military press 15×3

Not everyone going is to be able to do all the reps as posted , some may be able to do more.
As for food, invest in fiber , B12,b6 and C vitamin. Everything in MUST COME OUT!!!!

Louis Vuitton 1000 mile Oxford

I for one love the feel and one-off look of a quality hand-made 1000 mile shoe, there is nothing better .

Right now I’m wearing RED TAPE’s Ramone Oxford.

Which (congrats to RED TAPE .) is now being carried by DSW.com seems like someone over there real knows how to hunt for really great not so popular brands.

These are my everyday shoe for work. So considering that I work a 90 hour week (yes in 7 day I work 90 hours ), most of which I’m on my feet. I can say for a fact that a thousand mile shoe is the only way to go.

This winter I’m going to be switching to a new pair of Wolverine 1,000 Mile Boot, (and yes I did get my first pair with 40% of my reasoning being the name)

But they are great boot for winter but be warned.:
I don’t drive a stick in my boot.
Their high-end in boots , not huge on brand name fame or anything. Their just good old fashion super strong american quality boots , so there is a price-tag .
But considering you’ll buy a pair ever 4-5 years ,so their a great buy.

For this year I’m going with the Burton’s being that I’m outside more and need the traction .

Odd Future and photographer Terry Richardson are not exactly new to each other (Check some shoots here, here and here). The two have worked together numerous times already. On the most recent visit of the Odd Future crew, including Tyler The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt, they started freestyling. Of course it was the usual OF chaos that you would expect and of course Terry had the camera ready to document the action for us.
